DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!
This absolute nightmare of a building is severely infested with roaches, completely neglected by a money-hungry management team, and JoAnne and Mona were the absolute opposite of helpful—unprofessional, dismissive, and malicious enough to blame me for a systemic infestation that severely triggered my asthma, landed me on steroids and breathing treatments, and ultimately forced me to throw away everything I owned while they actively protected filthy neighbors and tried to bully me into silence.... My catalytic converter was also stolen off my vehicle while parked in the lot.

Couple things could be better but other then that people are very nice sometime the elevators is a problem on thr weekends to much but it’s overall a good place to live and have family

I would like to say that Jo, Tamika, and Karen, go out of their way to make sure everyone is accommodated in whatever they need the hospitality is the best! New Wellington is an amazing place to live. Especially the rent is affordable. I would love to see some new washers and dryers put in place in the laundry facility but other than that overall it’s a pleasure to live at the New Wellington Apartments!
