New tenant and very happy: Jeanine J
I am so excited to have signed my lease and start to move in today. The level of professionalism and kindness is amazing. I have lived in other complexes in the area however none have gone above and beyond like the management office here. Thank you Iris ,Beota and Maryanne! I look forward to living here thank you for making this an easy choice and experience!!

Don't be fooled.
Not sure where to start. Parking is a joke here. They assign 1 spot per apartment. So if you and your roommate in a 2 bedroom both have cars then one of you will be parking in the non existent visitor parking. Walls are paper thin here. Machines in gym are always broken. Lifeguards at the pool, also a joke. I have multiple videos of lifeguards watching videos on their phone while on duty and another video of a lifeguard completely leaving the pool. Don't believe the reviews on there... website, they didn't post mine. I have only been here a couple of months and I hate it, can not wait til my lease is up so I can move.

Dont let the advertising fool you
We have lived here for a year and the only reason we didn't leave is the fee to break your lease . the parking is horendous . especially in the winter. Parking spots are assigned 1 per unit. Heaven forbid there be 2 cars in a 2 bedroom apartment. The spots are marked on the ground so when it snows make sure you have a shovel handy to dig down to see if the spot is assigned. They claim to have ample guest parking. Yeah right. The maintenance staff is ok as long as you don't need anything fixed.... And the lighting is horrible. Stock up on lamps and extension chords. The older units are very out dated. You can count the layers of paint on the 80s cabinets. Their idea of a 2 bath is actually a 1 and a half bath. The office doesn't return calls. For days and if you make a complaint they don't like or if it's about one of their friends they not only ignore it , they retaliate. The floors and walls are paper thin so be prepared to hear your neighbors downstairs a well as next door. The gym is a joke half the equipment is broken. The pool is more like a place people bring their kids for someone else to watch them and half the time the lifeguards aren't even paying attention. But yes there is a police presence . bit not to patrol , they are there constantly trying to find criminals and getting domestic disturbance calls. People are selling drugs in the parking lots and the smell of marijuana is stronger than the smell of flowers in a flower shop
