Proceed with caution. While this property presents well on the surface, the reality becomes clear at move-out. Tenants are assessed significant and inflexible move-out fees, regardless of an otherwise consistent and timely payment history.
Management strictly enforces an arbitrary 60-day notice requirement and shows no willingness to exercise discretion. As a result, I was charged approximately $1,000 in fees solely due to timing constraints in securing a new residence.
This practice appears... to be less about fairness and more about maximizing revenue at the tenant’s expense. Prospective renters should be fully aware of these policies before signing a lease.
EDIT: I rented here for three years and I can't wait to get out of here.

After reviewing this situation, we’d like to clarify that the lease agreement... requires a written 60-day notice to vacate. This policy is clearly outlined at the time of signing and is applied consistently to all residents. Unfortunately, the required notice was not received within the contractual timeframe, which resulted in the applicable charges being assessed in accordance with the lease terms.
We are unable to waive or selectively modify lease obligations, as consistency is essential to ensure fairness and compliance with housing regulations. Our team has communicated directly with the resident to explain the lease terms and next steps, and we remain available to continue that conversation.
