So few options and the cost of living going up, it was okay. Loud lower next door neighbors slamming door in the middle of the night. The staff was nice and quick to fix issue’s. When i first moved in the rent was 975, its almost doubled for a one bedroom. I suggest renting a house because your neighbors are going to be loud. At least with a house you got distance between each other.

My husband and I and our twin boys moved here about a year ago coming July, we love it!! The staff is very nice, maintenance is always fast, they have 24hr maintenance and they come within 30min after you call. It isn’t very updated but that’s okay!! My only complaint is that upstairs is carpet even in the dining room area (only a problem since I have kids lol). Great first apartment!!!!

It sounds good!! but these apartments are not on the luxury scale at all. They slang the word around in order to over charge people. They have a lot of upgrading and changes to make in order to call it an "Luxury Apartments" and, then, the overpriced complex would make more sense. Right now, they are Mid-Average.

We moved here 10 months ago from FL, and our apartment complex is awesome! Great neighbors and staff, as well as a really nice apartment!! We're so glad that we moved here, it's close to shopping and banking as well!!

This place is pure trash. The amount of break ins and theft here is ridiculous. Why in the world do they have so called "security" if they do nothing but sleep in their cars all night?! Not only was my car broken into but there have been entire cars stolen from the property, one of my neighbors' bikes was stolen, and I can only imagine what else happens. They have a sign saying management is not liable for theft, so I can only assume this is nothing new to them, and they go through security... companies like dirty socks (three that I'm aware of in the 10 months I've been here) With the fact that they're completely and utterly overpriced, you'd think they'd care a little bit more about their residents. Like the otjer reviwered said there was roaches everywhere when I first moved in, the rent is going up even more, management is a joke. I've almost been here a year and I can't wait for my lease to be up, there's a reason why there's so many move outs and empty apartments right now.
