I love the quiet, the grounds, the people and the pool. I love the cliffs and gardens and the view of the city. I only see that the maintenance takes several calls to get something fixed, but it's usually something little and not a major deal. I think all 2nd floor apartments should have rugs mandatory and they do make noise and sometimes unaware that there are people living on the first floor. It's also not a major deal but a little annoying. I do enjoy living in this 2 bedroom 2... bathroom apartment as I have guests who feel at home when they visit. I have many closets, more than most. All in all, it's my choice to live here and it's the nicest place around. Maintenance - wake up and take vitamins. I give it 4 stars!

Friendly staff and beautiful grounds
I've been living here for almost a year and I love it! My neighbors are very friendly and the management company is very helpful and responsive to any maintenance requests.
