RUN
The hot water shuts off pretty much every week. The wash machine and dryer have frequent trouble. The lights flicker in our room, and the other day the electricity shut off because I was blow drying my hair. Cockroaches were scurrying out of holes in the walls. The door had a huge draft and when they "fixed" (which they didn't fully) they made it more difficult to close. Overall, these are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. The office staff are condescending and unhelpful. Maintenance is... unresponsive. If you are considering them, RUN.

Legend oaks
I moved in in August everything was the way they said it will be Alberto was very helpful from the day I put in the application til the day I moved in.... These apartments came a long way from what they use to be.... I will recommend these to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet place

La propiedad es muy segura hacen eventos para las familias, si tengo algún problema lo resuelven lo más pronto posible están mejorando sus servicios, tener las camas me hacen sentir más segura ?????????? Alberto es muy amable y esta al pendiente de sus residentes y lo que pasa en la comunidad
