Stayed here for 3 years Julie was amazing and very helpful. She made my time here really worth it she just a kind genuine human being and that was important for me and family. the maintenance comes on time when things need to get done..

My roommate and I just recently moved out from here due to life changes but I wouldn’t change a thing about this place!! Julia the property manager is so kind and is prompt when it comes to maintenance or property updates via memos. All kitchen appliances were up to date and the view from our apartment was perfect overlooking Madison park. The exterior siding on a bunch of the buildings were also redone to help keep the buildings in good condition. The laundry facilities were never crowded and I... could do my laundry at any time. The neighbors are quiet and we never had any issues. Thank you Julia for the most ideal living situation the past 2 years!!!!

Julia, the property manager, is fantastic! Throughout my 2+ years living here she took great care of us, from small maintenance requests to ensuring we always had what we needed. Great communication, and very fair rent. I thoroughly enjoyed living at the Fountains, and would return in a heartbeat if my work takes me back to WI.

My partner and I lived here for three years and really enjoyed it. The space and quiet environment at this apartment is amazing! This is one of the best apartment complexes in Milwaukee County for so many reasons. It's also nice that there aren't many different workers often like most places. The maintenance team, leasing manager and property owners have been the same the entire time we lived here which creates a comfortable and safe environment. I'd definitely recommend this complex!

I love this apartment. Everything so far has been a great experience. I love my new apartment. It was fresh & new. Just the way I wanted it. Julia is awesome, she works hard & fulfilled my needs in wanting a easily accessible ground floor. I am disabled. She made me fell respected and welcomed to this community. I've already met the maintenance guy who also shows a great deal of respect. I'm happy to be a part of this family here. The grounds are beautiful & well taken care of. I absolutely love... this place. I'm glad I chose this place to be my new home. Thank you so much Julia for everything you've done in this process.
