Horrible place to live. Roach city. When I moved out I threw away all of my furniture and started over.

The complex was great, and the apartment was perfect for my needs. Chelsi, Ruby, Sela, and Alan were fabulous and helped me tremendously. 100% would recommend and or stay there again.

If you enjoy living in squalor while the management continues to evade proper accountability, these apartments are for you. It’s almost as if there’s a hidden hand (or mouth) behind the scenes is making sure the building stays open, regardless of its condition, while the city looks the other way.

If You like being woken up to roaches on you and homeless people sleeping in cars outside or the Detroit lions for upstairs neighbors then the redwood is for you I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to my worst enemy absolutely the worse is every way shape and form they desperately need to be knocked down and turned to a parking lot or something

We are disheartened to hear that your experience at our community has not met either of our expectations. We strive to give 5-star services in every situation. We would love to speak with you directly but we are unsure who left this review. All... residents who have reached out to us regarding any pest control concerns have been added to our pest control list to be treated. Courtesy patrol patrols the community throughout the night. Courtesy Patrol will come out for noise complaints and they also patrol the community making sure there isn’t anyone loitering and or sleeping in cars, or sleeping on the property. We invite you to contact us so we may discuss your specific personal experience. Thank you!

I lived here for 3 months and had to break my lease, I woke up with spiders in my bed on multiple occasions and cockroaches under my furniture when cleaning. The Oven never worked even after multiple orders to fix it and the lock on my door came completely off and it took management 2 days to fix it.
I would never recommend ANYONE to live here. Horrible management and horrible place to live. I wish I could give this 0 stars...
