Millcreek Apartments

The community is unkept. The leasing office is harassing. Appliances don’t work. And are absolutely NOT new, but you will be asked to replace them with new appliances before you leave. The walls are paper thin. Dog poop is left out and owners are not kept responsible. I just can’t NOT recommend this place enough.

The leasing staff was very professional and helpful during our rental intake and up to date. We have moved in and are very happy here. The unit is well maintained inside and out. Highly recommend living here! Elizabeth & Javier

When I first moved into this complex I thought that all of the negative reviews were just disgruntled individuals who were complaining just to complain. After 19 months of living here I have realized that I could not have been more wrong. The interiors of this complex have appliances that are advertised as "brand new"..maybe they were brand new in 2001. The management staff is subpar at best. They show no concern or sense of urgency when something is wrong. I had to wait 2 days for maintenance... to address a potential gas leak. They will charge you for every single cent they can squeeze out of you. They will tow YOUR OWN CAR from the spot that YOU PAY FOR every month! I cannot tell you how many residents, myself included, were wrongfully towed and had to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket as a result. The parking situation is terrible and management has made no real efforts to fix this whatsoever. When you move out, they will rob you of your security deposit no matter how much effort you put into cleaning the apartment and completing everything on their move out checklist. Of a $500 security deposit, I received less than $90 back. Mind you there was no damage done to the apartment whatsoever. When I moved in there were several things listed on the pre-inspection to be fixed that never were. The rent is significantly higher than it should be. You can get a much nicer apartment in a much nicer area for less money.

I was a resident of this complex for 19 months and never once had any rent payment issues or complaints filed. I can honestly tell you that these bad reviews come from your average run of the mill renters, not already unhappy complainers. I genuinely wish that I had heeded the warnings of previous renters and never moved in here.

It was a pleasure residing in this complex. I loved my apartment and I was completely comfortable with it and my neighbors. I left only because personal opportunities arouse. The staff and management are awesome. Any issues were handled quickly. It was truly a pleasure working with Natasha and the staff. So classy :D
