Current residents & I’m past ready to go! No AC the ENTIRE year we’ve been here. Looked at it a dozen times & said it needs replaced but absolutely nothing is done about it or ann else around here. Worst management I’ve ever dealt with. Unprofessional, inept & worthless. Grounds are nasty, “lake” is filled with trash, shootings & break-ins. Can’t ever catch anyone in the office. I used to be a property manager for years & this place is a case study of everything NOT to do.

My wife and I drove around this apartment complex and it doesn’t really match the pictures online. It was a bunch of people hanging out in the breeze ways. The trash was all over the place. It doesn’t look like a safe place to say for our grandchildren! Good luck if you visit the property!

I am happy to call Lakeside Vintage home. I enjoy my balcony
overlooking the lake. The ladies in the office, Kim and Sonya, are very friendly and helpful, as are the maintenance guys, Michael and Cardaro. I have lived here two different times, so the fact that I came back says a lot.
