My fiancé and I went there to apply a few months ago. The tour was amazing and we felt good about it. We were told we would get our application fees back if we were denied. That was a lie. We were denied and never got our money back. We tried to call several times and were told Rhonda was out of the office. Don’t go here.

They don’t care about your needs and they only care about your money !!! I have a hole in my bathroom ceiling right now as we speak !!! I’ve been trying to get them to fix it for months now !!!

Lived here for 6 years, only because of the cheap rent. Multiple maintenance issues, mostly due to pure and utter laziness on their part. They lie if you try to find another apartment/building to live in stating they are on a waiting list and can’t assist you. The back door at my complex was broken for pretty much the duration of my stay despite multiple reports, nothing was ever done. Lastly, they said I owed after moving out, I paid it and they still tried to send it to collections. They are... terrible in every sense of the word and living with a friend or family member if able is a much better option than this place.
