RENTERS BEWARE!!! This place is a scam!!!! I lived here for 2 years with very little issue until it came time to move out of my apartment. I cleaned the apartment to an absolute tee before moving out and they still charged me over $500 from my security deposit to CLEAN the apartment. There was no damage to anything. I was charged a $50 cleaning fee for cleaning the medicine cabinet (there wasn't even one in the apartment). I was charged $50 for cleaning the kitchen sink which was... immaculate. $50 for the refrigerator which was spotless. $50 for not changing out the AC filter (which is a maintenance issue and should have been replaced by them). Overall I would say avoid this place at all costs. Way too over priced for an apartment that is nowhere near downtown and has no accommodations like a pool or balcony. Even the fitness center is filled with treadmills that have no power; you have to adjust the incline and let gravity do the work. Management is nice until it comes time to move out. I would rate them 0/5 stars if I could. Find somewhere that isn't scam!!!!

Superb Landlord, Maintenance Team and Living Experience
I have lived at Garfield Park Apartments studio space for nearly a year from summer of 2018 - 2019 and enjoyed the overall experience tremendously. I felt the need to write this review as note of gratitude and to help interested future tenants.
I initially accidentally stumbled upon the apartment about a year ago in passing and super glad I chose to stay with it because its been one of the most comfortable and accommodating apartment living experiences Ive had in my history of renting in... Denver. Considering how expensive housing has become in Denver, you truly get great deal at Garfield Park.
I lived on the 3rd floor facing the street, had a beautiful sunny room. I love the large windows. The studio space is large, ample amenities, central location, and electricity fees are low for the rent price. I have never experienced any loud noises or noise complaints during my time here, the building is quiet and clean with courteous neighbors. Majority of the tenants are doctors, young professionals and international tenants.
The building has controlled security with coded/intercom door access and on-site management team including landlord who feel more like family.
The current landlord and building maintenance team are superb. They are one of the most friendliest and kind people I have come across, responsive and helpful if you ever need anything.
It was always a joy to interact with the landlord and the two maintenance guys. The landlord is a person of integrity and a person of his words which is rare to find these days. He has an inclusive attitude and welcoming of different cultures. From the get and throughout my stay, the management team was consistently welcoming, warm, supportive, flexible and professional. The courteousness of the management team truly amplified and made my experience enjoyable here! So much so that if I were to return to central Denver again, Garfield Park would be my first choice.
