Thank you for your interest in our apartment community. We are a small property of only 50 apartments.
At this moment, we do not have any rent ready apartments to show and/or move in, But, we are in the process of getting a downstairs 2b2b plan... A apartment rent ready for viewing and/ or move in. Our goal is between 6.1.26 to 6.8.26. They made Stonegate their home for 16 years so, it is going to take a little bit to get ready.

On special for $ 1970 a month with 13 month lease ( $ 1900 rent for apartment only +$ 70 water fee ) ( Plan A 2b2b downstairs) and security deposit $ 1250 (on approved credit) 1 assigned parking space per unit
We have 1 swimming pool and 1 spa. We are pet friendly (call for pet policy), all apartments come with 24" electric apartment size stackable washer / dryer inside unit, intrusion alarms, Heating / AC, electric range, dishwasher... WE ARE 100% OCCUPIED ON GARAGES.
