How Is This Rating Determined?

Do you want to lose sleep for the next 13 months?

If the answer is yes, then this is the place for you!! Thanks to crappy old buildings built in 1962, you will hear every whisper, every step your upstairs neighbors take. FORGET ABOUT SLEEP for the next 12-13 months. The right to quiet enjoyment? That doesn’t exist here. Despite of it, the rent will keep increasing because somebody’s pockets are NEVER full. No matter how much they take from unsuspecting citizens. ITS NEVER ENOUGH.
