Westland 49 Apartments

My mother in law has been living here for a few years. Before the pandemic the place was ok. However recently the people who are moving here are the worst. Not consideration of their neighbors, kids knocking on the doors disrupting the peace, management does not do anything. She has had neighbors complaining to the manager and she has done nothing. This is not a place to live in peace or with little kids.

4 días sin aire acondicionado y estamos reportándolo desde viernes en la noche les hemos explicado que tenemos dos menores un baby de 9 meses y una menor de 5 años que no entienden ni saben de esos problemas que estamos desesperados del calor y que no me den respuesta esto lo voy a llevar q donde sea porque para cobrar la renta y exigir si para eso si son muy rápidos y para resolver problemas no, eso y muchas cosas más que tengo fotos y pruebas

si busca tranquilidad es un excelente lugar!! buenos inquilinos, siempre buena limpieza del lugar, organizacion, control y seguridad. super centrico en el corazon de hialeah.

More than a year here.Move in process easy.I wish we had 1st month free!FIRST of all,they have a cleaning team that really work their asses off to keep everything clean.Even after raining, they clean everything up and maintain everything real good. I think they r the real heroes.AS TO DOGS AND CATS issue.I suggest topeople with no pets or no preference for then to move in here.the condo is pet friendly, so u should expect to see dogs and cats quite often.Most of owners pick up after their pets... and r clean 2.THEY DO HAVE DUCKS BUT they are part of nature and no one bothers them,We like them!I think people here either exaggerate, dont like pets or lived here before I did when they had another management and YES,it was awful then,according to long lasting neighbors.CUSTOMER SERVICE though is not the best and that's why Im taking one star off too.Security guards and people handling reports are not really friendly or helpful but it's not that bad and at the end they solve the issue.they solved a reported leaking within 2 days.AS TO THE ROACHES ISSUE,I have never found a roach at home and they fumigate.We also take our shoes off to get into the house and request the same from our guests to keep it as clean as possible.We have a small rescued dog that is cleaner than most of people alleging to be the neatest.I SUGGEST NOT HAVING A CARPET. In florida is simply not practical and they are magnets to all kinds of germs and stuff. We were offered a nice carpet apartment but we reject it and another one was showed to us with onle tiles and WE LOVE IT.Some pet owners are not the cleanest, as same as you find nasty people in condos were pets are not allowed. You CANT avoid that but in general people here love their pets and have kids as well and are really conscious about where they live.IT'S NOT FAIR that you are bothered by pets around you if you choose a pet friendly condo to live on. There r 10M+ options to go and have not pooches around.IM.ALSO TAKING ONE STAR off because they raised our rent after a year but it was only $37 and we accepted it but they should consider keeping tenants in the long term by not charging the rent,especially people that dont give u any issues and have good standing in the community, just a thought. If they do it again and it's more money I will post another review to be fair with them and you reading this post :). I live here for the past year. There are roaches everywhere and pest control doesn’t do anything about it. It’s the same complex where the come in and spray here and there but the roaches don’t go away! I currently live here and I have called the health department already so they can close them down! I even tried to work with them to see if they could change my carpet since there’s roaches inside the bedroom and said no (they will only do carpet cleaning) mine you my carpet is super clean. RUN...
