So far pretty good few issues with the parking and getting a remote that works as currently it only opens one door but it's the one I'd likely use all the time anyway so not to much of an inconvenience

I've really enjoyed meeting my new neighbors, and how much help I've gotten with the apartment! I love the apartment everything was pretty clean upon move in. We were even lent a cart to help us move everything into the apartment!

Rivers Edge is the best apartment complex in downtown Waukesha. The apartments are well laid out, maintenance is excellent, and the staff is great.
It's great to have the option of indoor parking and the community rooms and fitness center are very nice. It is also quiet and my neighbors are great.

Great location in downtown Waukesha. Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and cultural activities like the museum and library.

The apartment is nice but the staff are very rude. There is always dog pop on the ground and it always smells like pot. Even if you pay for parking your spot will be taken. Wish the staff would care more for the price we pay.
