Very nice and well updated apartments.
These apartment units are a blessing to me. Very nice place to call home. They are updated as well. I haven't had any major issues living here at Des Arboles Apartments. Thank you management team.

Don’t move here
Applied for this apartment….and management was so rude and unprofessional…..I still haven’t heard any update on my application and if I got the apartment it been 6 months…..Do not move here

UNSATISFACTORY!! RUN, SAVE YOURSELF!!!
Management is late and often unresponsive to tenant requests. They are also rude and uncaring towards tenant needs. Very unprofessional and disorganized with paper work, unless you're late paying your rent.
The pool has been closed for three years now.
Rodent live in your roof and expect to hear them scratching the floors all through the night.
Maintenance is unprofessional, sloppy, and the men are overworked.
Mold, bugs, and old carpeting and showers adorn the units.
If your unit is vandalized... it it likely that no one will come to repair anything.

We also have nothing but newly renovated apartments available for rent, everything is brand new. I am very happy with the outcome of our... new product, as well as our new management team.
