I feel as I live in a condo. The staff are ALL wonderful and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Above and beyond. Noise one first floor is walking above but no voices etc. I love it here, no reason to move again ( :

Great Place to Live
I've lived at Madison Lakes for a few years now. The girls in the office are very kind and always take care of any needs or concerns I have. The maintenance guys always fix what needs fixed even if it does take a few days. I love that it comes with a washer and dryer and it's always quiet here.

Madison Lakes Apartments
Madison Lakes (previously Autumn Ridge) in Anderson Indiana is a fantastic residence for any family size. Ranging from one bedroom to three, equipped with a loaded kitchen, washer and dryer in each unit. Have both upstairs and down with a view of the woods on your patio/balcony. The main office is full of helpful who are always able to assist with any issues. There is a fantastic pool, a pond for fishing, and opening soon a club house with workout equipment or just a place to hangout and play... basketball. It's home.
