The pictures listed and the guise of new management and polished look seem promising but I promise is all just a front. They recently changed the name of the apartment complex and have spent money and resources giving the apartments a dace lift to draw in renters and a signature on a lease agreement. They never fix any renter issues with the apartments and when they do address them it has been weeks. They funnel money on a face lift on cosmetic issues but will not repair any issues you have once... you move in and also do not offer any solutions on how you may fix them. The management is lacking and once you are within a contract agreement you are left to your own devices. Poor management of both the property and the care of tenants is not worth your time or money. I would pay a few extra dollars and rent anywhere else.

DO NOT RENT HERE
Where do I start? This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The management is terrible. Many people in our unit didn’t have air conditioning through the months of April-July, our apartment would heat up to 90+ degrees. For a couple months January-February we did not have heat. Many times where the downstairs neighbors are being noisy past 2am. Many times have I found multiple neighbors from one unit congregating outside their apartment and sit on the stairs smoking marijuana in front of my kid.... Pieces of glass all over the walkways. Parents letting their kids run around the apartment unsupervised. My wife’s laundry got stolen. I’m shocked this place is still in operation.

takes forever to fix issues
I just visited my dad and I’m disgusted. They removed the concrete outside the apartment to fix it and we are over a month later and they haven’t fixed it. There’s a holes in the ceiling that have been complained about and no fix. The furnace goes out and it takes months!!
