Management on is a joke.  For some reason, there are 3 compressor units within 2 feet of half of the first floor units that run constantly half the year, racking up to 70+ decibels, where noise ordinance permits 65 Db acceptable during the day and 55 Db at night. Bringing this issue up to management, I was met with belittling comments that there was nothing they could do because it's hot and that's how air conditioning works, who sounds annoyed that she has to do her job...  After finding out... this was illegal, I redirected and was told the problem would be fixed within a few weeks. It's been 3 months.  This is stirring up to a class action law suit in the making.

If your ok with having to manage your own property, then by all means, this sounds like the place for you!

This place just keeps getting better and better. As a unit above me had been vacated, they've been working constantly in the unit for the better part of the past 2 weeks, dobson like a full on construction crew is erecting a skyscraper, banging and hammering on these cardboard thin floors so hard that I pictures are falling off my wall. You can hear crystal clear conversations through the floor/ceiling. Reached out to management, who responded, "It's during normal business hours, deal with it".

I left my previous home in complex circumstances, and arrived at Lincoln Woods mourning aspects of my past. From the moment that I called and asked if there were any openings, I was struck by the kindness, genuineness, and honesty of the staff. They made everything so easy to the point where I started to feel excited to be part of this very special place.

There is a quiet charm and elegance to Lincoln Woods, the comfort of your new home. I recently moved due to going out of state, but I... find myself missing Lincoln Woods. I started my new life there, and I had a wonderful 5 years there. My wood-burning fireplace was lovely. If something needed to be fixed, it was always completed ASAP and was no trouble. The location is also hard to exceed, with the park across the street and so close to Chestnut Hill. Lafayette Hill is a lovely town as well.

I have been here for over ten years and can highly recommend Lincoln Woods. It's right near a very walkable Chestnut Hill as well as Fairmount Park. The management team as well as superintendents are both very courteous and professional. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours for any type of service call. It's also close to 476 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Overall a great place to live.

I lived here for 3 years, ended up leaving only to return less than a year later. The office and maintenance staff are fantastic, the grounds/apartments are extremely well maintained and I couldn't be happier to call Lincoln Woods "Home". The location is perfect (traveling to the city is effortless) and is up the street from Wissahickon Valley Park (Valley Green) if you like outdoor activities.
