The staff has been friendly and helpful from day one. Any questions I’ve had have been answered quickly, and the leasing team has always treated me with kindness and professionalism. Creekside (old benttree) has been a great place to call home, their not how they used to be that's a plus

I’ve been living in my one-bedroom at Creekside Meadows Apartments for a little while now, and I can honestly say I’ve really enjoyed my stay so far.

This place is terrible! Bad roach infestation! I have had pest control come out and spray multiple times, but that doesn’t help. Cabinets have been leaking from the upstairs neighbor, they lied and said they fixed the issue more than once, but never fixed it. Mold in the cabinets where the leak is and all they did was spray bleach on it. Can’t even take a bath because the water comes yellow or a rust-like color. Management is very unprofessional and don’t care. Worst place I’ve ever lived, can’t... wait to move.

Roach and spider infested. They don’t fix anything on time, Asia and Kea are the worst . I got evicted in June right after my birthday and she said she didn’t know I moved out. My air was out over 3 times and they came to fix it and it went back out. The 2nd time they came to fix it the maintenance men left the filter hanging out of the thing for days before they came. Never fixed the broken doorknobs. I asked to replace the storm door glass that was broken when I moved in

Whatever you do make this the last place you’d ever stay they mold in the apartments they don’t do inspections to better your place the apartments are mice infested as well as roach infested.. you tell the office and they tell you to bring your key and leave !! Horrible place to stay this place should be burnt down and don’t get me started on the employees they are horrible!! And lazy!!
