Santa Fe Condo Apartments

I love living in this apartment complex. It is relatively small, 7 buildings, and the maintenance is quick. I have lived in a 1 bedroom with a large kitchen and recently moved into a ground floor 2 bedroom that has a small yard. The master baths are large. The pool is nice and cleaned regularly. You can use it year round if you can stand the cold. I really enjoy the 1/4 acre dog park and that you can have up to 3 pets of any size here. It's a great place to live.

I made an appointment to simply look at one of these apartments in March because I was moving from 14 hours away in July. I spoke to someone on the phone is was very rude. I then decided to give them another try and called back another day to make an appointment and I spoke with someone else who was not as rude. When my boyfriend and I went to look at the apartment while visiting, the man who I talked to the first time on the phone helped us. He was VERY rude and clearly did not want to show us... the apartment. We left and I was very upset. I would not even waste your time looking into these apartments unless you want to deal with that. his place has got to have the most rude, unprofessional, unkind person of any of the 14+ apartment leasing offices I've spoken to in the last two days.

I'd been trying to reach their office all afternoon and finally got a hold of someone half an hour before the end of their hours of operation. A man named Mike answered the phone and was very curt. When I asked if he had time he answer a few questions he responds with "I have two minutes."

I pretty much only asked one question before deciding... to end the call. Not long after I go to check my emails and I see that this property had responded. It was Mike again, and he directed me to the property website to help myself.
So this place is pretty much off my list, mostly because I didn't get very far in my research process. I don't know why you would have someone so unwelcoming in the very first stages of the leasing process. Read More
