Great location
I love being super close to my new job, i10, local and fine dining and nightly entertainment. Being off a major street helps, because the apartments are hidden and away from busy traffic. I have recommended Terrace Hill to my co workers and friends.

Love it
I’ve loved living at Terrace Hills Apartments! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the amenities make everyday living super convenient. The staff is always friendly and quick to help with anything, which really makes a difference. It feels safe, welcoming, and like home—definitely a 5-star experience!

Excellent service
Maintenance has been super helpful ever since I moved in. They are really knowledgeable and nice. I love the pool here and my location has a great view towards the mountains. Would recommend.
