This is a smoke-free home. Smoking inside will incur a $1,000 fine plus any additional costs for smoke remediation. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a $1,000 fine. All guests must be registered. Unregistered overnight guests will incur a $50 fine per guest for each night of their stay. Late check-outs that haven't been pre-approved will result in a $100 fee. If you're more than 90 minutes late, you'll face a charge that's the greater of either $250 or the full rate for another night. However, this doesn't give you the right to remain on the property for the subsequent night. Any additional costs, including compensations we might need to provide to our next guests due to delayed check-ins and overtime payment to our cleaning staff, will be your responsibility. Early check-ins, if not pre-arranged, are not permitted. Unauthorized early check-ins will be charged $100 and may result in suboptimal house conditions. However, if our cleaning team finishes ahead of schedule, they will notify you, and you can then check-in without an extra fee. While there may be security cameras outside the property or in the garage, rest assured no cameras are inside the living spaces. Exterior cameras are positioned such that they cannot capture the interior of the home. Noise sensors might also be installed, but they only detect noise levels and are not capable of recording conversations. Homes left excessively dirty or in an unreasonable state of disarray will incur an additional cleaning fee to compensate our cleaners.
