This spacious studio-style loft offers luxury amenities and plenty of natural light. It features a cozy living room, a dining space for 4, and a kitchenette with all the amenities and appliances needed for staying in. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
Phat Tire Bike Shop and Trail Side Coffee are right downstairs. There is a shared outdoor area, bike racks, a bike wash station, secure indoor bike parking with cameras in the hall of each floor, bike storage, and a full bike maintenance stand. A guest card listing each guest’s name is required to access amenities, with a $30 processing fee that must be paid prior to your arrival. While the pass grants access to most recreational facilities, it is not an all-access free ticket. Amenities such as pools, lakes, fitness centers, tennis, golf, etc., still require payment of applicable usage fees. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on weekends, and cards cannot be issued on those days.
