The Phat Tire Bike Shop and Trail Side Coffee are right downstairs. There is also a bike wash station and a bike maintenance stand. The Trailhead for Bella Vista’s 25-mile 'Tunnel Vision Loop' is only 0.1 miles away and connects with the 22-mile 'Back 40 Loop' and has access to Slaughter Pen features area. The Little Sugar Lofts also sits 2 miles away from Sugar Bridge trail.
This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged, and unapproved parties or events will be fined $1000. Smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
