Renters must fill out a guest card with each guest's name to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf. There is a $30 fee associated with this, and it must be taken care of prior to arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open during weekends, so cards cannot be issued on those days.

Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and an event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, a fine of $1000 will be imposed. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
