Inside, you'll find an open concept living room with a fireplace, Smart TV, and a fully stocked kitchen. The downstairs area includes a game room with a dart board, Smart TV, foosball table, and pool table, as well as a ping pong table in the garage. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bath, while other bedrooms offer a mix of king, full, and twin beds, plus a full-size pull-out couch in the living room.
Guests must fill out a guest card with each guest's name to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf. There is a $30 fee associated with this, which must be taken care of prior to arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on weekends, so please arrange this at least 5 business days before your stay.

Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
