Overall, I have been mostly happy with my experience living here. Management and maintenance have generally been responsive, and I enjoy the community.

My main concerns are that the dog poop trash cans are not cleaned out as often as needed, and there have been car break-ins in the complex, which is concerning for resident safety. I hope these issues can be addressed, but overall, I have had a positive experience living here.

Revive Benton Apartments have been a dream. We have everything we could ask for. We have a big spacious apartment, a playground, a dog park, a pool, a trail that goes straight to the elementary school making drop off and pick up so simple along with having a little pond right behind the apartments to go fishing. What more could anyone ask for. Not to mention the staff is very friendly and quick to fix anything if it goes out or malfunctions.
