Smoking is prohibited in the home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. County-wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit.
