Highly Recommend!
I absolutely love living at Been Road Villas! My 3 bedroom, 3 bath duplex home is the perfect layout with finishes and details I did not expect in a rental property. I love the neighborhood feel, compared to an apartment complex, yet still get to enjoy amenities like our swimming pool and dog park. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, but super convenient to so many things to do in the area. The management team is wonderful! From my move-in to any need I have had, they have taken care of it all in... such a helpful, friendly manner and have really made this feel like home.

Amazing!
This townhome community is truly a hidden gem. It’s peaceful, pet-friendly, and full of great amenities like a clean pool and a spacious dog park. The staff is amazing — always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. Maintenance is fast and reliable. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully maintained, with plenty of green space to enjoy. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming community!

Great community.
This is an amazing place to live. The staff is great and they are very helpful. They are quick to respond if you have a maintenance problem and they take care of it. There is a nice pool and a little dog park.

Excellent Living Experience at Been Road Villas
Been Road Villas is truly a wonderful place to live! The staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are always handled quickly. The pool and sitting area with grills are beautiful, and the amenities and location make life so convenient. Highly recommend this community!

Wonderful place
All properties in Been road are very new and absolutely well maintained. staff is very friendly and responsive. This place is vey close to places like schools, offices and malls in NWA
