Horrible Management
Management at Copperstone and Lindsey Property Management has been extremely difficult to deal with. There are several major issues:
Maintenance staff can be unprofessional and disrespectful. My neighbors and I had personal property removed from the patio without warning.
There is also a major issue with staff over-monitoring guests; my family member was followed by maintenance staff in a golf cart and made to feel unsafe while visiting, leading to unwarranted and unfounded accusations of an... unauthorized occupant followed with eviction threats.
There is a recurring mold issue. The vents are not properly cleaned, which cycles spores through the unit, and management places the responsibility on the tenant for mold and they demand the A/C stay on 24/7 at the tenant's expense.
They have an aggressive 5-night guest policy and have threatened eviction over it.
Value: Rent increases every year with no actual improvements to the units or facilities beyond basic landscaping and paint.
I would not recommend living here if you value privacy or fair management.
