WOW!

Amazing spacious apartments for a great affordable price if you want downtown Bentonville living! I was actually surprised I found such a hidden gem in this area. Nice updates inside the apartments and the new management seems to be doing a great job with this place. I highly recommend if you want downtown Bentonville life with a nice place and it being affordable and clean!

not worth moveing in to unless you can fix anything or looking for drinking buddy

Maintance never fixes anything comes to look at what ever is broke never fixes anything comes in drunk with beer says has order parts never comes back to fix. rude loud neiborhood speeding cars and always park in front of the mail box curt the manger makes excuses when you say something to him
