Gorgeous rental homes

These rental homes are gorgeous! They also have a really nice clubhouse with a pool and beautiful fitness center. They’re right by a major biking trail too. Great option in NWA since we travel a lot.

Awesome Staff, wonderful community

The staff at this community have been incredibly helpful and attentive. The community is full of great amenities and the homes are well-built. All around 5 stars!

Helpful staff, horrible quality apartments

Staff is friendly and easy to work with, but the apartments themselves are cheaply made and horrible quality. We also had to hire a cleaner to deep clean our apartment as there was red dust all throughout our apartment when we moved in and there is red clay all throughout the complex. Regret signing a full year lease here!
