Fieldstone Townhomes of Bryant

I have lived in the Townhomes a year (& unfortunately I just signed another lease....) Multiple things have gone wrong in the apartment and they take days if not weeks to "fix." Our dishwasher broke and instead of fixing it or getting us a new one they installed a DIRTY USED one definitely from another unit. Could have at least cleaned it... I still do most the dishes by hand and just run them to get them warm after I hand wash them. Oh and not to mention it took TWO WEEKS for them to respond to… the service request.

Second thing is our fridge is rank. It leaks water and smells like something died in it. we hardly use it. I've have bleached it and requested a new one. We have turned the ice maker off but there is literally a puddle on the shelf and top of anything we do have in there. Service request and nothing.

The have the AC set up sucks. In order to keep the upstairs a reasonable temperature downstairs is ICE COLD. It makes our electricity bill so high and it's miserable either up or downstairs... no in between.

The lawn care is spotty. Either the grass is overgrown BADDDD OR it is bald. In the winter they made sure weekly (if not twice a week at 8am) it was mowed...

They definitely are not consistent either. I have a planter made out of a wooden pallet. It's been there about 6 months... then I randomly get a message saying it's against the lease because it's not furniture. But people have toys, bikes, grills, lawn chairs, etc etc on their porch and nothing. All have been there since I moved in.

Not to mention when we were shown the apartment we were shown an upgraded one (new floors, new counter tops, new paint, etc) and then got put in one with busted up carpet and flooring. We were told the only difference was that it wasn't stainless steel appliances....

These apartments are in a great location! They are very spacious and clean! The office staff are top notch and are very helpful if you ever have an issue!! I recommend these apartments to anyone!!

I was going through a divorce when I moved in here. I was scared and alone. But the office staff were so great and understanding. They really helped me through a tough time in my life. I love the space I got the wood floors and stainless steel package I have made this place into my new home.

I’ve lived here for a few years now. I’ve seen management change several different times (sometimes good, sometimes not so good). Miss Esther, our new manager, has so far been on the good side. There was a minor security issue to come up recently and she handled it promptly and professionally. If this place is a reflection of her for what I’ve seen so far, I feel I’m in good hands as far as my rental.
