Don’t Expect to Get Security Deposit Back

The place is nice but don’t expect to get your security deposit back. It’s been over a year and we still have not received ours. We have called every month just to get the same answer that they will talk to the main office but nothing is ever done and we still haven’t gotten it. I didn’t want to leave a back review but it’s getting ridiculous we still haven’t gotten it.

Most beautiful and high end place in ALL of Conway!

I love living here!!! It‘s so beautiful and quiet and nowhere in Conway has amenities as nice as here. Looking forward to being here a very long time.

Amazing

Me and my wife moved here for grad school 7 months ago, and it has been amazing. The amenities are perfect, and the 24 hr gym help with my busy class/ study schedule. I would recommend this to everyone!!
