Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged, with a fine of $1000 for unapproved gatherings. This property is not pet-friendly, with a $400 fine for pets discovered on the premises. This is a non-smoking home, with a $1000 fine plus the cost of smoke remediation for violations.
