Inside, enjoy a luxurious living room with mountain views, a game room with a ping pong table, shuffleboard, and arcade games, and a gym complete with a Peloton bike, treadmill, weights, yoga mats, TV, and speaker. The sophisticated office space includes a desk, chair, keyboard, and printer. The fully stocked kitchen features high-end appliances, a 2-in-1 coffee maker, espresso machine, and bubbly water filter. The apartment accommodates up to 16 guests with 4 private bedrooms and two full-size bunk beds in the game room. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
Access to the guest house is available for an additional fee. Guests are responsible for purchasing personal use items if they run out during their stay.
Sycamore Ranch is situated on a private 500-acre lot with access to the White River. Beaver Lake is just 8 miles away at Starkey Marina, and The Beaver Dam Site Park is 7 miles away. The historic Downtown Eureka Springs, with its shops, eateries, and bars, is only 8 miles from the property.
Water levels of the river are dependent on dam activity and may affect accessibility. Property management personnel will be present on the property for land maintenance and are available for trail system inquiries. Kayaks must be requested for use during winter months, November through March. The property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. Smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus smoke remediation costs. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged, with a $1000 fine for unauthorized gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. For safety, Side-by-Sides and 4-Wheelers are not permitted on the property or nearby areas.
