This home has two living rooms both with deck access, a pool table, board games, a downstairs kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave, and bar seating, two jet-powered bathtubs, a fire pit, a Keurig coffee maker, top-of-the-line appliances in the kitchen, luxury linens in all of the bedrooms, and a washer and dryer.
This home is located on Beaver Lake with direct access to the lake via a walking path that leads from the backyard to the waterfront.
This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid, and if an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Access the lake at your own risk, and all children 16 and under are required by law to wear life vests.
