The Lakeview Retreat offers two living rooms, both with deck access, and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Enjoy a pool table, board games, and a downstairs kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave, and bar seating. Relax in two jet-powered bathtubs or by the fire pit. The kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances and a Keurig coffee maker, while luxury linens adorn all bedrooms. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
Guests will have access to the entire house, all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. Initial amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies if needed. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes.
Located on Beaver Lake, guests have direct access to the lake via a walking path from the backyard to the waterfront.
The property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. The fireplace is not for guest use. It is recommended to use 4-wheel or all-wheel-drive vehicles due to the steep driveway. Water levels may change due to environmental factors, and cancellations due to water levels will not be honored. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Unauthorized parties or events will incur a fine of $1000, and unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
