Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Should you smoke inside, a smoke remediation fee of more than $1,000 will be charged. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged. All guests must be registered, and unregistered overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per guest per night. Late check-outs that haven't been pre-approved will result in a $100 fee, and if more than 90 minutes late, the greater of either $250 or the full rate for another night will be charged.
