This small furnished room has an exterior private entrance towards the back of the house along the 24' x 17' shared side deck once you're inside the private lock gate along the side of the house. Atmosphere is conducive to quiet study.

There is an entrance along the 25 foot wide private balcony to the front luxury unit, and there is a second entrance along the 24x16 ft shared side deck.

Once inside, you will see a large open area which is currently on furnished except there is a dining room table provided along with a chair, the full size kitchenette area and some cabinets above the kitchen area, two doors with windows, and two full size windows screens along with a smaller window at the kitchenette sink also with screen. An air conditioner will be provided for this unit, and a brand new ceiling fan with light fixture and remote control recently installed.
