Do not live here!!!
I lived here for three years and the ONLY plus was the location. The pricing is absurd for what you get, and they charged my roommate nearly $200 for a spotless room upon move-out citing damages that already existed when we got there (not including common room charges). My floor was dirty/dyed when I moved in and our oven kept catching fire (it was replaced after a year).
The alarm goes off constantly, the elevator is always broken, and the building always smells terrible, not to mention always... a different TYPE of terrible smell. Their AI "assistant" is not helpful.
My bike got stolen and they did nothing after I filed a police report. In fact, there was broken glass near the bike parking for weeks and I complained multiple times to no action.
During my first year, there were a few car thefts. They towed my friend for parking ON the line, meanwhile there are countless oversized trucks parking in compact spots or taking up multiple spots. I've gotten my car dinged multiple times.
They conducted repairs that took so long my friend had her window blocked for several months, and the construction across the street (which is technically the city's purview, but still) blocks the garage and has made me late to work multiple times.
The worst part is that their admin and parent company does not take care of their residents and shows zero remorse for such terrible service. They care about the bottom line and charging you for every cent you are worth and do not make up for their mistakes. My rent skyrocketed and parking tripled over my time here. Whatever you do, do not live here.
