Nice apartments, good price and location, move in can be a challenge.

Been here a month and so far it has been very nice. Apartment was perfect when we got in (and we love the carpet), maintenance has filled any requests in under a day, great location, and we always have parking. Everyone we've spoken to has been kind and helpful.

Actually getting in was a little rough. We were told we would be able to move in before the 4th of our move month, which was when my husband and I both started working. This was important as we were moving from Texas and wouldn't have… anywhere to stay. When they sent the lease, it said move in was the 5th. We called and they said that all the leases start on the 5th and they had that week reserved for cleaning from previous residents. They said they couldn't promise anything, but would 'red flag' our account and do what they could to get us in early. We called them weekly with no update and the week before our move, still did not know what day we would be able to get in. We just had to rent a truck and open water/electricity for the 3rd with the hope we would be able to get in early. On the 2nd, we called and asked for a status update and they told us it had actually been ready day before and that we could move in any time. Sort of frustrating that no one had reached out to us and it must not have actually been communicated that it was a stressful situation for us. But we were glad they were able to help us get in a little early.

Review

NOT LEASE HERE!!! I don't usually write reviews but I feel like I should warn people. This was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff is rude and incompetent, which I didn't think would be a problem but it was. Simple things like getting a mailbox key took over an hour and the move out paperwork took an entire day. It would take too long to write out everything I hated but cockroaches, mildew and constant smell of dog poop are some of the highlights. There's a reason it's so cheap. Save… yourself!!!

Do Not Go!!!! Do Not Be Fooled.Horrible Staff and Service!!!

Horrible Staff and Service!!! Overall, worst customer service ever, they trick you into longer leases, they don't care about their residents at all!!! Do Not Go!!!! Do Not Be Fooled. When we toured they seemed really nice and helped us well. They told us we can do a shorter lease that lasts 8 months if we pay 25 dollars extra. We signed up right away, also choosing the 8 month lease option on the application. We got approved shortly after. Then the problems started. They didn't know when we… could move in. They told us we can move in the first week of the month. In the end we had to keep visiting and calling for them to finally tell us on the 2nd of the month that we could move in two days. And that if we didn't pay the rent tomorrow we would be charged a late fee. Why charge future residents a late fee if they haven't even been allowed to move in. Then we got to sign the lease and saw that it said 12 months. We asked them and they said they never approved an 8 month lease and that we were wrong. They would not give and said that we were at fault and we were treated like bothersome people who should just accept the situation. They started calling us threatening to give away our apartment if we didnt't decide what to do there and then, the manager also called us and was very rude basically blaming us for the situation. They kept saying they would be generous and give back the deposit to us.....the deposit has to be given back no matter what. They are insane. Talking to us while sitting with their legs on their chair looking at us like trash.
