Parking
The parking situation for this apartment is horrible. If I would've known the parking situation would've been this bad, I would've never have signed a lease here.
There aren't enough spots in the general lot for the residents that live here. Which has led to people literally parking their vehicle anywhere they please. Cars are parked in spots designated as moped spots. Cars are parked in handicap spot. Cars are even parked in the middle of the aisles making it to where you can't even pass... through.
All of that said, that is not even the worst part of the parking. I recently got a new vehicle and when I went to get another parking pass sticker, they were all out, figures... They wrote a temporary pass for my vehicle. My car got towed from the lot I pay to park in. It cost $115 to get my car from the towing company. The car was towed with the temporary pass in the dash. The staff has been no help with reimbursing me for that fee, even though it is their fault for not having any parking pass stickers.
I would only recommend living here if you get the $20 dollar reserve parking, because the $10 general lot is awful.

We're sorry you are not pleased. Parking is strictly enforced with the use of parking stickers on our property. If a resident loses their sticker or needs a replacement we will gladly order a new one but the stickers do take a few weeks to come in.... During this time we issue temporary parking passes with an expiration date. Vehicles with expired parking passes are subject to towing as we must ensure that there are no duplicate passes in our parking lots.
