Great Place Great Community

Came to Fayetteville for work and I wanted a place to stay that was close to what's happening. I enjoy getting to meet new people and was looking for a place that is fresh but also close to the bike trails and all the other things that are fun to do in Fayetteville. I have been here for a couple of months now and this place has absolutely exceeded expectations. The staff is very friendly the building and my apartment are clean. There is always someone around that I say hello to and strike up a… friendly conversation with. I already feel at home in this new place. Thank you.

Luxury lofts, just what Fay needed!

Urban Loft Co is such a fun place to live! It has a total boutique feel — modern, stylish, and super thoughtfully designed. The apartments themselves are bright and open with big windows and high ceilings, which makes the space feel way more “loft living” than a typical complex in Fayetteville.

The location is amazing if you’re active or love being outdoors. The trail systems are right there, and the pickleball courts are a huge bonus — perfect for quick games or hanging out with friends. It’s… also super close to campus, so you get all the convenience without forfeiting luxury.

Management and maintenance are great, and the community just has a cool, boutique vibe that feels elevated. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something modern, convenient, and fun in Fayetteville!

GREAT place to call home

As a young professional, finding a home to meet me where I’m was a challenge until I found Urban Loft. All inclusive rent, furnished, access to hiking trails, and the GOAT property manager (Trevor) have made this a no brainer for an apartment search.
