Came to Fayetteville for work and I wanted a place to stay that was close to what's happening. I enjoy getting to meet new people and was looking for a place that is fresh but also close to the bike trails and all the other things that are fun to do in Fayetteville. Urban Loft Co is such a fun place to live! It has a total boutique feel — modern, stylish, and super thoughtfully designed. The apartments themselves are bright and open with big windows and high ceilings, which makes the space feel way more “loft living” than a typical complex in Fayetteville.

The location is amazing if you’re active or love being outdoors. The trail systems are right there, and the pickleball courts are a huge bonus — perfect for quick games or hanging out with friends. It’s... also super close to campus, so you get all the convenience without forfeiting luxury.
