Bad management. They showed the unit to my wife and we had planned to move in however they turned around and gave it to another person claiming they were ahead of us .

They do not fix anything when broken they will put you off for weeks at a time!!! Poor management team!!! Will leave you cold in the dead of winter!!

I’ve lived here for over two years and not sure how much more I can take. At first glance, they appear very upscale and one of the nicer properties in Ft Smith.
I’ll just bullet the issues…
• Lawn care leaves piles of cut grass all over your patio, so it’s up to you to sweep it all off, or track it all inside.
• It’s listed as ‘Gated’ but both exit gates (front and rear) have been broken for over two months. Sometimes blowing closed where you have to get out of your car and push them back open... .
• There is always an abundance of trash on the grounds.
• There are no gutters, so you get drenched while trying to open your door.
• Because of the lack of gutters, every door threshold and lower facing is completely rotting out.
• Thunderstorms tore off several shutters…which are still just laying on the ground, and have been for several months.
• The floor joists were not properly placed, so the tile floor is cracking and splitting in many places… on every unit that I’ve talked to the tenant.

The townhome was so beautiful very clean and the lady that showed it to us was so nice, very reliable! our appointment was at 4 pm and she was already there when we arrived. It was a very positive experience for us. Can’t wait to speak to her again. Thank you so much.

Ownership and management group are very unreliable.

When showing me the unit, they were 2-1/2 hours late in showing up. Was notified once that I was late on payment, when it was paid 2 weeks in advance. I have a 7 week notice that I was vacating at end of lease, and had apartment professionally cleaned after I left

It’s been just shy of 60 days and I still have not received my security deposit refund
