We are located near downtown Fort Smith within walking distance to pharmacies,... doctors’ offices, Sparks Hospital, shopping, banks, post office, etc. A covered bus stop is located on our parking lot. We have three laundry facilities, indoor mailboxes, beautiful T.V. Room, a new Activity Room and a large patio and park-like backyard. We house one of the locations of the Meals On Wheels Program and it is available to our tenants five days a week. Forty security cameras are located inside and outside the property. We also have a state-of-the-art locking system for our exterior doors. Our onsite Night/Weekend Manager is on duty for security and light maintenance when the office is closed.
