Made the wrong choice!

“Newly renovated” does not describe this place at all. The appliances and floors are new, that’s it. The floors were glued on by non-professionals because there’s cracks and splits everywhere. The paint was slapped on and left to chip all over the floor. Upon move-in, I had to submit 12 work orders! The tenant before me did not clean and the facility did not charge them for cleaning services. I had to scrub the place inside and out myself. It was very disappointing. I better get first month’s… rent back!
