Tiffinay the landlord has been great she made sure my place was ready asap when she found out my situation. The maintenance guy is great too and I love my mail lady!

Not a bad place to live. Management is courteous & repairs are done in a timely manner although the laundry need work seeing as only half the washers & dryers work.

My apartment is small so it's easy to keep clean. I live in a corner apartment so it's quite. The mail is directly across from my door so I don't have to walk in the heat to get it. The buildings are set up with clearly numbered apartments and nice landscape around every parking lot. It's right by a social neighborhood and is at most 5 minutes from many restaurants. They are pet friendly, and fix issues they see asap. Wish it was a one bedroom but the money I save renting a studio helps my tight... budget.
