Pike place

Very bad, management ignoring all phone calls and work order even emails.. There only one maintenance guy that does his job the the rest of them sit outside the office doing nothing.. dog poop and glass everywhere needs alot of cleaning up. Rent keeps going up every year.. Very bad roach problems and molds there better places then this for less

Bad management

No a/c, leaking water from kitchen sink and dishwasher, hot water barely runs. The manager is a liar and will make life horrible to live there if you put in for repairs. I'm breaking my lease to leave this hell hole.

Bed bugs

Is it possible to give zero stars? If so I would do so. The on-site manager is a nice guy who tries to help; however, there is a serious problem with bed hug infestation. Do NOT rent an apartment here. We Rented and did not stay a single night. Found bed bugs and was told we probably brought them. We tried to be reasonable. We tried to work with the management. There was absolutely NO consideration for our circumstances. We were out thousands of dollars and without a place to stay. Absolutely… the worst experience I have ever had. To put this in perspective, we have rented apartments for our daughters for college for 7 years. I have never had this happen. I own multiple rental properties and have never had this experience with renters.

Pike Place Apartments

Plus side: Management is somewhat helpful. Downside: They need to do something about the roach problem, I've been living here for 2 years now and there have always been roaches. Apartment is outdated and not worth what they're wanting their tenants to pay. Rent increases every time you renew your lease (and why? It's not like they've made any improvements to the apartment community). Rent at your own risk! Hope this helps.
