Poor management
Left with a broken ac during a heat advisory, a broken fire alarm that leaks water and goes off randomly, bugs as soon as we had moved in. Just all around not taken care of.

While being here for over a year, I have nothing but great things to say about University Park Place. The on-site management and maintenance team are very attentive, punctual, and professional. If given the opportunity, I would love to reside at Park Place again in the future. 10/10 recommend!

Super nice place to live!
My roommates and I have lives here for almost 5 months now, and have had zero issues. It’s been great and look forward to living here longer!

Loved living here!
The community was fantastic and made a lot of friends. The apartment was fully furnished and was very clean/easy process for everything. 11/10 recommend.
