The staff here from the manager on down to the third party lawn mowing team is as accommodating as one could ask for. The entire staff makes you feel like your needs are top priority no matter how trivial the request actually is. They all pay attention to detail and take pride in their work. My dad lived here years ago, the manager and one of the maintenance guys were there then, still here now, with the same can do attitude. When I was looking for an apartment I visited several. I've lived here for a while with no issue but over the last couple of years It has gotten worse. I've been stopped in the middle of the night in my own apartment complex walking to the mailbox by police officers to ask where I am headed. Frankly it is none of their business what I'm doing in my own apartment complex. The maintenance team is really awesome here. They take care of what you need so that's a nice little plus. Recently I've been working from home, And since my car hadn't moved they… tried to have Holcomb's recovery tow it. I found out in time and stopped them but had to pay $70 to get them to unhook my car. I was never communicated with about anything regarding my car. And if I hadn't noticed it would have been hundreds of dollars to get it out of in pound. I highly recommend searching for some place that respects your personal life and belongings. Nice apartment. Nice local staff. Upon the end of my lease, was told that I would receive me deposit back during final inspection. Was told it was in immaculate condition. Was lied to my face! Received about 20% of my deposit back. The rest was kept on ridiculous charges. Local management said this was done by corporate management. Was told that I could not have any contact info to corporate office. Local management said they would get back to me with answers. Waiting three months… with no contact. This is the best apartment complex to live in in Hot Springs! I would know because my husband and I have lived here for 5 years! Jamie, Savannah, and Anthony are the best team. They are quick to help in any way possible and really care about their residents. We have always had any issue within our unit fixed within a short amount of time. I recommend this apartment complex to every person I know. The amenities such as the gyn, pool, and playground are great and always well kept. The dog park has… been a great addition.
